Submitting a form or enquiry does not create a contract. Bookings, estimates, site-visit schedules, design engagements, or brokerage services are confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation/engagement letter from Ultrahomes.
5) Your content & permissions
If you submit content (briefs, photos, floor plans, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the specific purpose of responding to your enquiry, providing services, or (with your explicit permission) showcasing our work. You must own the rights to content you upload/share.
6) Fees, payments & refunds
Any fees (construction/interior contracts, brokerage, consulting) will be described in a written proposal or agreement that overrides these Terms to the extent of inconsistency. Refunds or cancellations (if any) will follow that agreement.
7) No professional/financial advice
Website content is not legal, tax, or financial advice. For property purchases/rentals, seek independent professional advice (legal, technical, valuation, finance).
